I enjoyed the fantastic breakfast selection, especially the Kobe dishes, which were a highlight. However, the air conditioning in my room was a bit dusty, and loud noises from the nearby train tracks made it hard to relax at times. Perfect for a short stay or if you appreciate local cuisine.

The breakfast buffet featured delicious Kobe traditional dishes.
I was really frustrated with the strict check-in time. Arriving at 2 PM, we were forced to wait an hour, making us feel unwelcome. Additionally, accessing the hotel from JR Kobe station with luggage was quite a hassle. After 9 PM, the elevator near the hotel was closed, and we had to lug our bags up two flights of stairs which was absolutely inconvenient.
